I didn’t even know this term existed 5 months ago, but after my leave of absence and some intense therapy sessions, my therapist said, “it sounds like you are a Professional Extrovert.” Professional Extroverts can be described as those whose position deals with a lot of high traffic, whether that be fellow employees or clients. Furthermore, these individuals see themselves as introverts in their personal life. They are re-energized by being on their own and enjoy some form of solitude from time to time.
