You’re not alone. According to peoplemanagement.com, “80% of employees feel anxious about attending online work meetings.” And I’m sure there are similar numbers for in-person meetings cause those can be just as daunting…

Unfortunately, I’ve not found some miraculous cure to rid me of my meeting anxiety and nerves but I have realized a few tricks that make me feel more confident and comfortable when leading and participating in meetings. And I want to share what I’ve learned with you so that you can also run meetings with ease.
