Description

October was spooky, which is #onbrand. I got laid off at the beginning of the month and Bren lost his grandfather two days later. Not to mention all of my friends also went through it in some form as well. No matter the type of grief, it can catapult you into a F U N K.

First and foremost this episode is to normalize that everyone gets into a funk, no matter if they’re grieving. And for each person, the timing and process of getting out of said funk is going to look completely different. However, when you’re ready, here are 7 things that will help get you out of your funk and get you back into a routine.
