Description

There comes a moment when the noise quiets down. The house feels different, the roles you’ve held for years start to shift, and you find yourself looking in the mirror wondering… Who am I now?

In today’s episode, I’m opening up about that tender season of life where the busyness fades and what’s left is an awareness of yourself — sometimes for the first time in decades. It can feel lonely. It can feel strange. And yet, this is often the very place where God begins to whisper, “Daughter, it’s time to remember who you are.”

I share a personal story that changed how I looked at seasons forever, and I’ll invite you to think about what might be bubbling under the lid you’ve kept shut tight...the dreams, the hurts, even the parts of yourself you’ve put on hold while caring for everyone else.

This isn’t an easy conversation, but it’s a necessary one. Because on the other side of this transition is a version of you that is more grounded, more authentic, and more aligned than ever before.

If you’ve been feeling lost in the quiet, or if you’re longing to reconnect with who God created you to be, I want you to know you are not alone. Pull up a chair, take a breath, and let’s walk through this together.

  • And if this conversation touched you, would you share it with a friend who needs the same reminder? Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is invite someone else into the journey with us.

    Spoken Word For This Season:

“God is not done with me.
I am stepping into a new season with courage.
I release the fear of who I was,
and I embrace the woman I am becoming.
I am grounded. I am worthy. I am loved.
And I will rise into who God created me to be.”

🤍 I am cheering for you my friend!
