Description

What if you could describe output as a mathematical formula? That's my goal in this episode.

"The Algebra of Output" proposes a formula to quantify how various personal and external factors influence one's output. The core equation posits that Output equals (Input × Intensity) multiplied by (Environment × Reputation).

Input is further broken down into Base Capacity, Innate Talent, Experience, and Fatigue, while Intensity comprises Conformism and Urgency.

The Environment considers Leverage, Delegation, and Momentum, with Momentum encompassing Resources, Consistency, Purpose, and a Supportive Environment.

Finally, Reputation, an external factor, determines how the output is received by others. The article emphasizes focusing on controllable inputs and suggests that efforts can be quantified for illustrative purposes, drawing inspiration from Alex Hormozi and Scott Galloway.
