Description

It's easy to fall into an "all or nothing" mindset.

To go all-in or to totally quit.

To choose between "this" or "that".

Often, only seeing two less-than-ideal options.

Are there other options?

Can you find a middle ground?

Are you actually limited to "all or nothing"?

Do you have to choose between a rigid diet and complete unrestraint?

To choose between training five days a week and sitting on the couch?

Between total abstinence and a couple bottles of wine?

Rarely do we ever face these kinds of decisions.

There’s nearly always another path.

Eating consistently, if not perfectly.

Training at a frequency that fits our schedule and other commitments.

Choosing to indulge without belligerence.

Don’t limit yourself.

Look for that middle ground.

Somewhere between “all“ and “nothing”.

Persistent progress.

Not perfection.

Baby steps.

Each one adding up.

Moving you toward your best life.

Steadily and confidently.

This may take patience.

It may take self-compassion.

It may take appreciation for where you are.

You’ll get to where you’re going.

You’ve got this.
