Description

No one cares how your jeans fit, how much you weigh, or how much you can bench.

They may care how these things affect your quality of life or happiness.

They don't, however, care about these things directly.

You have so much more to offer.

Your health efforts are for you.

Of course, some might judge you.

Some might assess your worth by your physical health.

Those opinions aren’t worthy of your consideration.

They reflect a lack of understanding of worth.

You’ll never impress enough people to be happy with yourself.

That happiness should be the goal of your efforts.

Aim to live the most awesome life possible.

Use your health to keep your body in condition to live that life.

That life might include serving others.

You might see physical health as a tool toward that end.

Yet, that’s because it’s what you want.

It’s not about some standard of beauty, health, or strength.

It’s about waking up, each day, pumped to get after it.

If you want to change your shape, do it.

If you want to lose weight, do it.

If you want to get jacked, do it.

Do it for you.

You’ve got this.
