We live in a fast-paced world where we push ourselves too hard, rushing and working until we're completely depleted and our well-being is shot. But then we come to church. Welcome! Welcome to this place for exhausted, weary souls. In today's gospel reading from Matthew, Jesus extends a clear invitation and promise: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Today, in this episode, we talk about finding rest, real rest that we so desperately need.
