Changes!
In this episode we focus on the times in our lives when we've made the decisions to make the big changes like leaving a job, going back to school, moving across the country, or ending/starting a relationship. These big changes can be scary, uncomfortable, stressful, and cause a lot of anxiety and self-doubt. There are also a lot of parallels to making the decision to get vulnerable enough to ask for help and get clean. Join us as we try to navigate this as we relate it to our recent experiences in the real world.
