God confronts the corruption of Judah’s kings and spiritual leaders, declaring judgment on those who scatter His people instead of shepherding them. Yet amid this strong rebuke, God offers hope through a promise: the coming of a righteous King from David’s line—Jesus, the Messiah. As false prophets deceive and the people harden their hearts, God reminds us that His word is powerful—like fire and a hammer—and calls every individual to reflect, repent, and return to Him.
