Day 232 | Ezekiel 17:1–19:14
In Ezekiel 17, God uses a riddle about two eagles to reveal how Judah broke its covenant with Babylon by seeking Egypt’s help, defying God’s plan and His name. Yet even in judgment, He promises hope—a future King from David’s line who will bring salvation to all nations. Ezekiel 18 then answers a long-debated question: who bears the guilt for sin? God declares that each person is judged for their own actions, not for the sins of their parents or children, though sin’s effects can echo for generations.
