Day 245 | 1 Chronicles 5:18-26; 1 Chronicles 6:3b, 49, 4-15; 1 Chronicles 7:1–8:28
In 1 Chronicles 5–8, long lists of names remind us that even in what may seem ordinary, God is faithful. These genealogies trace the tribes of Israel, preserve priestly lineages, and confirm inheritance rights, especially after exile. Most importantly, they preserve the line of promise leading to the Messiah. Every name mattered in God’s plan, and each life was remembered in His faithfulness.
