Day 86 | Joshua 15:20–17:18
As Joshua continues dividing the Promised Land among the tribes, we see a troubling pattern—Israel begins to disobey God by failing to drive out the remaining Canaanites. Despite God's command, some tribes compromise, allowing the Canaanites to stay, which will later cause serious problems. Meanwhile, the daughters of Zelophehad reappear, boldly claiming their rightful inheritance, highlighting God's care for justice and His faithfulness to His promises. This passage reminds us that partial obedience is still disobedience and that God's plans are always for our good.
