You will learn how to reclaim emotional responsibility, stop outsourcing your feelings, and decide intentionally what kind of relationships you want with the people in your life including strained relationships and even relationships with people who are no longer here.

You are not powerless in your relationships. You are responsible for how you think, how you feel, and how you show up. When you take ownership of that, connection becomes clearer, cleaner, and more honest.
