Laura is an accomplished educator and entrepreneur with a passion for integrating an entrepreneurial mindset and 21st-century skills into K-12 education. As a founding team member of Alterna, the fastest-growing social entrepreneurship incubator in Central America, and the founder of the E Ship Bootcamp, Laura has dedicated her career to empowering young adults with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship. Currently, she is pursuing an executive master's program at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on developing innovative educational methodologies that prepare students for the complexities of the modern workforce.
