Last time we welcomed Dec Spelman to the show he was deep in preparations for the first defence of his English light heavyweight title agaainst an opponent he was facing for the second time and who is now heling him in his preparations for the upcoming Commonwealth title fight - Shakakan Pitters. There's many cliches in this boxing workd but it is safe to say Dec is a genuine, humble and ordinary fella who is daring to be great and achieving
extraordinary things as he goes. He chats in this episode about his upcoming title fight, on how he managed to stay fit and motivated throughout the lockdown period and on a very unique and special bond he enjoys with his manager, promoter and close pal Carl Greaves.
