In this episode, we sit down with Rachel, whose love for movement began at a young age and only grew stronger over time. Starting as a camp counselor at a gymnastics summer camp, she quickly rose through the ranks to hold its highest leadership role. Later, she began training at a new local gym before heading to physical therapy school—what was meant to be a temporary step turned into the beginning of something much bigger.
While pursuing her doctorate in physical therapy, Rachel continued to coach and train, never stepping away from what she loved. Today, she runs that very gym, blending her clinical expertise with hands-on fitness coaching to create a powerful, well-rounded approach to movement, strength, and healing.
