What is Meet The Mountains? This free festival serves as an annual coming together of Northeast Tennessee's outdoor recreation community. It’s a one-stop shop to experience all of our region’s outdoor opportunities. By increasing awareness of our natural assets and encouraging residents to live healthy lifestyles, the Meet the Mountains Committee hopes this festival increases opportunities for growth of our outdoor recreation economy. The committee invites you to come be a part of making a positive impact in our region by participating in some or all of the activities bundled together for this event. Their mission is to enrich the region’s quality of life, health, and well-being by increasing awareness and use of our outdoor recreation resources. The TWRA will have a booth at the festival. Make sure to stop by to chat and take aim in our shooting booths.
