For some of us, I think what makes adulting feel so ghetto is the level of responsibility that gets delegated and transferred without discussion. And I’m not just talking about the to-do list—I mean the mental, emotional, and spiritual management required to execute without completely falling apart.
Maybe that’s why, once upon a time, the trailblazing sound architect Myke Soun ran away from responsibility. In this Season 2 premiere episode, he shares his heart and his renewed perception of what it truly means to stop running and do the inner work. Needless to say, he’s greatly benefited from his decision to do so. Yet so many people don’t realize they have the same liberty to do the same. Hopefully, after listening to this 10-minute episode, that changes.
