When I was in 12th grade, my Government teacher, Mr. Geary, told our class that someday soon after graduation, we would start watching the news regularly.
He was 100% correct.

Today we truly get to know one of our city's favorite personalities that brings us local, national, and international news on a daily basis.
This episode's company is Texas-born but has called the 804 home for the better part of the last 20 years.
She is an Anchor of the EMMY Award winning "CBS6 This Morning" here in the RVA area.
She is also an entrepreneur.
We discuss her journey as a News Journalist, her Aha Wrap creation, and we learn a little about how she and her middle schooler are coping with the distance learning model.
