In my opinion, episode 31's company is an example of 2 things:
Perseverance and Competitive Fire.
From being raised by her grandmother from the age of 2...
to being pregnant at 16...
to graduating high school and pursuing college and college athletics with a baby...
to becoming a school record-breaking Division I athlete while attending classes, working, raising her daughter, practicing, and maintaining her skill level on the track stage.
Today she is a mom of 3, a military wife, and the Director of the Commonwealth's SWaM Certification (Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned) program.
Oh, and you don't want any problems with her on the flag football field or at the bowling alley. 
Wait.
Did I mention her "Wheel of Fortune" appearance?
Sheesh.
