Mark or " Coach P " as he's often referred has spent a lifetime in athletics. He played for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League, spent many years coaching strength and conditioning and holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science as well as pursued his Masters degree in Nutrition.
