Today's Challenge:

Pick a workout of your choice—any type of movement that makes you feel powerful.

Step 1: Before your workout, rate your energy on a scale of 1-10. How do you feel right now? Low, tired, or ready to go?

Step 2: Do your workout.

Step 3: After your workout, rate your energy again on a scale of 1-10. How do you feel now? More energised, stronger, or refreshed?
