Leadership isn’t a title. It’s not a social media flex. And it sure as hell isn’t about barking orders while doing none of the actual work. Real leaders roll up their sleeves and walk their damn talk. Fake ones? They just post about it.
If you’re preaching discipline but making excuses for yourself, if you’re holding others accountable but letting yourself off the hook, guess what? You’re not leading. You’re performing. And people see right through it.
So here’s your challenge: Audit your own leadership. Find one place where you’ve been talking the talk but not walking it. Call yourself out. Fix it. Because if your actions don’t match your words, you’re not leading, you’re just in the way.
