In today's episode I share some helpful tools to identify the areas of your life that are "important / meaninful" to you, how to identify what a perfect 10 in that category would look like, then do an inventory of how you are doing toward that perfect 10, and a score to go along with it. Then the key to all of this is to adjust your schedule to match your priorities and live in alignment along with intentional life optimization to achieve those goals.
