Description

Taha Sabri is the founder of 'Taskeen,' a non-for-profit organization that works towards both changing the societal stigma around mental health, and providing aid to all those who would seek it in the context of mental health. Taha is also a doctor. We spoke about all that ails the societal psyche of Pakistan, about the disparity between those who need therapeutic help and those who seek it, about the deficit in feminine energy in society that is predicated upon the patriarchal foundations of much of our cultural norms, and about the understanding of consciousness through a lense that is different to the one propagated by western philosophy.
