Caitlin Higdon ’25 of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, talks about her study-abroad experiences as an Irish American Scholar studying at Ulster University’s campus in Coleraine, Northern Ireland – where she introduced the natives to Thanksgiving and was moved to tears by Edinburgh Castle.
