This week, we enter the grid! Coming out of the 1970s Disney was experiencing its the first full decade without Walt and the company was trying to forge a new path. It was looking to appeal to wider audiences. In some regards that meant capitalizing on the science fiction craze following Star Wars. They wanted to create more dramatic films while maintaining Disney magic through the use of cutting edge technology. We’ll take look at their experimental film called, Tron.
