OCR Unedited welcomes OCR athlete Michel Cayer.
Michel and I had a blast doing this episode. For one, I got his name mixed up with his son, and second, he's not sure how his last name is pronounced. Back in 2016, Michel watched Ryan Atkins and Lindsay Webster do Spartan Race Palmerton, and soon after, he decided to register for his first race at Owl's Head in Quebec, and learned first hand that it is not as easy as it looks.
