Listen

Description

This week Nick and Joy talk about their childhood favorite books, being early readers, and how pizza was the thing that made them both eager readers. It gets weird, but it's fun. They also talk about their summer reading lists, and what they hope to learn or enjoy as they let stories shape their creativity. How do the stories and books you read shape what and how you create?

Nick's List: Keep Going, Walking on Water, Skyward, Paper Girls, and The Accidental Creative.

Joy's List: The Princess Saves Herself in This One, Fairview, Slave Play by Jeremy O. Harris, Ain't No Mo by Jordan E. Cooper. (These two are scripted plays currently in production.)
