Dane Miller is one of Andy's oldest friends. Dane went to college with Andy and Ryan at Penn State as well, having an interesting career throwing on the track team and figuring out his life. After a tumultuous year in which he hitch-hiked across Canada after dropping out of school - from Toronto all the way into the Pacific on and island in British Columbia - Dane solidified his ideas on life, work and training, and has combined all of those things into his hugely successful gym in Leesport, PA at Garage Strength. It's the only gym in the world that raises it's own food. We had a fascinating 1:10 minutes with Dane on Saturday. We even got him to cry!
