Patrik Bøckmann is a Norwegian customs officer, patrolling the border between Sweden and Norway, just to the SE of Oslo. I met Patrik in St. Lucia at the ARC this year - he was on staff with us for two weeks. He's a sailor as well, having done the ARC previously. We talked about the Norwegians not carrying guns, about the mass shooting in 2011 and about Norwegian versus American culture. And a new song from Mr. Dream!
