When I asked this week's guest, Katy Henry, how she would like to be introduced, she said, "as an ever evolving human", which gave me goosebumps before we even started. Katy is a beautiful soul who has embraced her own transformation and evolution on every level. She shares her views on judgement, fear and shame, and trusting herself which have all been part of her experience.
We also talk about our ever evolving world and how finding our place within these changes can feel uncertain and messy, even though we know on a deep level it is all as it is meant to be. And how more and more people are feeling the need for a much deeper connection to themselves, to the earth, and to source.
