Fritz Ritter is a Principal at Kronos Investment Partners. He started out as an electrician but wanted a job that had a more stable income. He saw that older workers around him were very broken down and bitter. The job was physically tasking without a ton of payoff. So Fritz made the decision to make the switch into real estate after seeing others in the field being able to provide a solid income for their family.
