There are many ways that codependency can affect you in all kinds of relationships and situations, but as my guest this week, Sarah Fung and I discuss, it's not something to be ashamed of. It's perfectly normal and codependency is something that likely affects all of us in some way at one point or another in our lives. 

As we learn to set and communicate healthy boundaries in our relationships, it's important to remember that codependent thoughts and behaviors often come from a place of love and care for the other person! These thoughts and actions come from a deep need to be loved and accepted (from others) but really from ourselves
