Description

In this episode, Ellen Byron (the USA Today bestselling, award-winning author of the Golden Motel Mysteries, the Vintage Cookbook Mysteries, and Cajun Country Mysteries), discusses the classic film 'Charade'. The conversation covers the journey of 'Charade' to the screen, the themes of comedy in mystery, the evolution of humor, and the oddly progressive elements of the movie. As always, we hypothesize about re-making the movie today and are left wondering: who would YOU cast in the roles of Reggie Lampert and Peter Joshua? Does any star working today have the chemistry, the dapperness, and the style of Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn?
