In this delightful autumn episode, Miss Cookie reads the lively story Runaway Pumpkins, written by Teresa Bateman and illustrated by Stephanie Fizer Coleman. When a bumpy bus ride sends a field trip's worth of pumpkins rolling and tumbling all over town, it seems like Halloween fun is ruined! But as the townspeople step in to gather up the scattered pumpkins, a wonderful surprise shows how a little community spirit—and a lot of resourcefulness—can turn a big mistake into a sweet celebration.
