Neil Bett is a partner at Frank Partners, a UK communication training firm he co-created with his business partner Anna Carus-Wilson, working with leaders on difficult conversations, personal impact and presenting.

Neil trained as an actor and got into a good drama school, then discovered how hard it is to make a living from acting alone. He worked in a warehouse, an auction room, as a waiter and a barman, and hated only one thing: sitting in an office. A friend of a friend put him into role play work for job assessments, and while the other actors found it boring he found it fascinating. A psychologist told him he was very good at feedback, and that became the business. Frank Partners now works with private corporates, the UK public sector, small startups and huge multinationals, running an associate model that lets a small firm take on big pieces of work.
