This week I’m joined by my good friend , fellow member of the bald men’s club and endurance coach Todd Pollock of Greater Than Endurance. Todd shares with us his days as a kid being on a bike all day before getting into cross country and eventually pole vault in high school.
That was just a precursor however as Todd would go into phase two of his life where he dove deeper into trail running and increasing his volume of running, hitting the roads for 70 miles a week before finding CrossFit.
Then after years of compiling knowledge for all things health and endurance he launched his own coaching service to help everyday people learn to not fear running.
