What up dogs this week I’m joined by Joe Rinaldi physical therapist, strength coach , podcaster+ blogger and soon to be published author. Joe is a great dude who can speak on a little bit of everything. During the pandemic of 2020 Joe was in his first year working in clinic as a full time physical therapist when it hit him that a regular office job was not for him and he took a leap.
No stranger to adversity Joe was diagnosed with BEST disease after an episode where he lost sight in his right eye. Tune in to hear more about his story of not only over coming that but thriving in life .
