What up dogs this week I’m joined by Erin Murphy and Jeff Paul two CrossFit King of Prussia members and competitive athletes. We sat down for a chat fresh off CrossFit quarter finals weekend where Erin competed and Jeff and I judged.
Outside of breaking down the weekends events we get into there athletic history and how they expressed their competitive drive. Finding CrossFit in two different ways their paths ended up crossing and they became training buddies before the pandemic. After a two year delay due to the pandemic they’re both ready to show off all the hard work they’ve been putting in. We discuss motivations, strengths , weaknesses and goals going forward.
