This week I’m joined by Bern Prince organizer of the Invictus Boston Invitational. Bern is building something special up in the Northeast as he helps to diversify the sport of CrossFit!
We get into his early days in the fitness world and his intro to CrossFit exercising with some of the best. After years in the game with no plans to be an event organizer the invitational came about as a happy accident in “ response” to the Glassman George Floyd controversy.
