This week I’m joined by Chris S owner of Warhorse Barbell a private training facility located in Philadelphia, Pa that he owns along with his wife. Chris is an awesome dude with good energy who displayed altruism in his beginnings in the fitness industry getting in to it to be the coach that he never had. We get into how the early years of his career we’re spent learning all the things not to do in this industry before opening Warhorse. Chris tells us the original meaning of the gym name and what it had come to mean.
