Rick Outzen sits down with Gil Clark Jr., the newly named CEO of the Pensacola Interstate Fair, to talk about leaving a 28-year Navy career — including a commandant post at the Naval Academy — for the nonprofit's top job. Clark discusses his family's deep Pensacola roots, plans to rebuild the storm-damaged livestock barn into an agricultural education hub, a possible spring festival, and what opening day (October 22) has in store. #PensacolaFair #FairCEO #Pensacola #NavyToNonprofit #RicksBlogLive
