Matthew 4:4 says,
“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God”
Being saturated in prayer isn't a religious routine, or meant to be something that's unnatural for people. Being saturated in prayer is living a life that's in union with God.
God not only love you, He likes you and wants to be with you!
