Iโm honored to welcome Helen to Voices of Impact for a timely and necessary conversation about confidence, purpose, and visibility for women in midlife.

Helen Sanchez brings over 30 years of experience in recruiting and career guidance โ a journey that led her to found Tanagui, LLC, a career consultancy rooted in both insight and advocacy.
Her work is deeply informed by lived experience and rigorous research, particularly around ageism in the workplace. Helen stands firmly in a truth many women know but few systems acknowledge:

Yet too often, their value is minimized just as their wisdom, clarity, and leadership deepen.
Helenโs mission is to help women over 40 reclaim meaningful, well-aligned work, while also challenging organizations to recognize the immense value of intergenerational, symbiotic teams especially in a world where longevity is increasing and careers are no longer linear.
Through speaking engagements, podcasts, articles, and coaching, Helen advocates for systemic change while equipping women to navigate todayโs realities with confidence and agency.
Her academic foundation reflects this lifelong commitment to justice and advocacy. She holds dual Bachelorโs degrees in Women & Gender Studies and African American Studies from the College of New Jersey, is a proud member of Phi Beta Kappa, and was awarded the Alice Paul Award for Activism in recognition of her impact.
She is also a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching \(iPEC\) and a certified coach, blending scholarship, strategy, and compassionate leadership in her work.
In this conversation, weโll explore what it really means to rewrite midlife not as an ending, but as a powerful reorientation.
