Helen Sanchez brings over 30 years of experience in recruiting and career guidance โ€” a journey that led her to found Tanagui, LLC, a career consultancy rooted in both insight and advocacy.

Her work is deeply informed by lived experience and rigorous research, particularly around ageism in the workplace. Helen stands firmly in a truth many women know but few systems acknowledge:

Helenโ€™s mission is to help women over 40 reclaim meaningful, well-aligned work, while also challenging organizations to recognize the immense value of intergenerational, symbiotic teams especially in a world where longevity is increasing and careers are no longer linear.

Through speaking engagements, podcasts, articles, and coaching, Helen advocates for systemic change while equipping women to navigate todayโ€™s realities with confidence and agency.

Her academic foundation reflects this lifelong commitment to justice and advocacy. She holds dual Bachelorโ€™s degrees in Women & Gender Studies and African American Studies from the College of New Jersey, is a proud member of Phi Beta Kappa, and was awarded the Alice Paul Award for Activism in recognition of her impact.

She is also a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching \(iPEC\) and a certified coach, blending scholarship, strategy, and compassionate leadership in her work.
