Joseph Valenzuela is a real estate investor and entrepreneur based near Austin, Texas. Since entering real estate in 2015, he has built experience across Airbnb investing, house flipping, and development. He previously served as Director of Sales for a major California flipping operation that completed hundreds of deals, then launched his own company and scaled through capital raising and larger development projects across multiple markets.
Joseph is also stepping into a leadership role in a solar-based real estate solution designed to help buyers reduce the cash barrier to homeownership in many U.S. states.
