Hi, it has been a minute since the last recording! Life circumstances have taken me away from really focusing on my health and mental health. As we continue to go through the new year, I wonder how many have kept to their New Year's resolutions. I found I needed to change my mindset because I was not going to be able to make the resolutions I wanted to make. I did find a way to change my thinking and create goals to continue through the new year. Here are some mind-shift things that can help you through your journey as you work through your goals. 1.) Allow all positivity in the door into your mindset. Negativity stops at the door and is not allowed inside your mindset. 2.) Opinions do not define who you are. 3.) Everyone’s journey is different. 4.) Overthinking is overrated… You will end up just being more stressed or sad. 5.) A positive Attitude is contagious and leads to a positive outcome. 6.) Happiness can only come from you. 7.) Find something outside yourself that is greater than you. 8.) Kindness goes a long way. 9.) Forgiveness 10.)
