Jeremy is joined by his graduate school colleague Nancy Zamierowski to discuss Systems & Complexity theory and how to operationalize it in the workplace, at home, and within yourself. Nancy is a PhD graduate student at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she is working on her dissertation on Systems Sensing. Nancy is a practitioner–researcher working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and systems change.
Her consulting practice focuses on how decisions and innovations take shape in complex systems — particularly in moments of uncertainty, transition, or when the status quo runs dry. Nancy supports leaders, teams, and multi-stakeholder initiatives through inquiry-based processes that strengthen clarity, commitment, and shared authorship.
