In this episode of the Rebel Rise podcast, I'm hanging out with Shelly Vecchio, known as the Resilience Coach. Shelly shares her origin story and how she became the
Resilience Coach.
We discuss the importance of evolving and not labeling oneself, as well as the power of self-love and compassion. We also explore the concept of living in dynamics and the advice Shelly gives to women about embracing all emotions and believing that anything is possible. We discuss the idea of appreciating moments of sadness and finding ways to process and move through negative emotions. In this conversation, Shelly and I discuss the importance of acknowledging and processing emotions, even when trying to bounce back from difficult situations. We emphasize that bouncing back doesn't mean ignoring or dismissing the losses and challenges that come with it. We also explore the concept of resiliency and mental health, and how it is different for each individual. Shelly shares her I AM framework, which focuses on raising awareness, building habits, and shifting mindset. Finally, we also discuss the consistency of support and accountability in coaching, and the power of having someone there for you throughout the journey.
